Overall I ran a very good race and ended up with a time that was faster then my MGP. During the first couple miles down Jollyville I tried my best to keep my pace down, I had a pretty decent pain in the front of my ankle. The pain went away right before the hills. I decided to take a Gu around mile 3 before the hills so that I’d have enough energy to make it up the hills, which I think was a pretty good move. I did the hills at around a
